This policy explains what information ChangeWarden ("we", "us") collects through changewarden.com and through email we send, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us, for example to request early access, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in the message.
- Account information. When you sign up for ChangeWarden, we collect your name, work email address and company name so we can create and manage your account.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your messages and manage early access.
- To send transactional email, such as account verification, password resets and notifications you choose to receive.
- To operate, secure and improve the site and the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your Salesforce data
ChangeWarden is designed so that your code stays in your own GitHub organization, and your backups and credentials stay in cloud accounts you control. We process your Salesforce data only as needed to provide the service you configure, and we do not access your environment without your consent.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run ChangeWarden, including Cloudflare for website hosting and Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Simple Email Service, for infrastructure and email delivery. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.
Transactional email is tied to your account and can't be turned off while the account is active. If you receive email from us that you didn't expect, reply or write to us and we'll stop it.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@changewarden.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
